Partner intelligence

Every morning, the partners who need you

Overnight, Refficks scores every partner and raises the ones the evidence has moved: activate this one, contact that one, consider a raise here. You read the reason and decide.

  • Ranked by what it costs you to ignore
  • Every recommendation shows its evidence
  • A raise needs your yes on the exact number, with its cost
  • “Not now” holds for 30 days, then it comes back if still true
One recommendation from the Needs you list: Send Ana Petrova their link, with the evidence sentence, the figures days since approval 39, clicks all time 0 and threshold days 14, the suggested step, and Do it and Not now buttons.
A recommendation to raise Priya Sundaram from 20% to 25%, the revenue figures behind it, the confirm button Yes, change what they earn, the sentence Costs about $570.58 more per period at their current rate, and Not now.

Find the partners you're wasting

A wasted partner could be earning for you and isn't, while the dashboard counts the ones who are. Refficks looks for four kinds every night and shows its reasoning on each.

  • The one who never started

Approved weeks ago, link never placed. The nudge is the one thing Autopilot may send on its own.

  • The one whose traffic never buys

Clicks arrive, sales don't. You see it beside the median days others took to a first sale.

  • The one who went quiet

A good partner stops and the total barely moves. You see when, and what they used to send.

  • The one you're underpaying

Growing fast on an old rate. You see the raise it suggests and what it costs at the current run rate.

Nothing on the list changes what anybody earns until you confirm it. No automation, timer or AI can act on it for you.

From click to payout

Everything between the click and the payout, explained

Tracking, attribution, commissions and payouts, each showing its working.

Tracking

Links, codes, and one script tag

Partners get links and coupon codes, and a code credits a partner even when nobody clicked.

  • One script tag on your site
  • No-code installs for Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce
  • Stripe with no JavaScript at all
The Tracking links table: each link's path, its partner, the destination, clicks and a 30-day window, with a Copy link button on every row.
Attribution

Every decision shows its working

Last-touch by default, first-touch if you choose. Every touch considered is stored, with which won, which lost and why.

  • A confidence score on every decision
  • A sale nobody earned is recorded, not dropped
  • Corrections supersede. They never overwrite
The decision card on a conversion, marked 95% confidence: the only touch within the attribution window was a tracking link, method Last Touch, source Tracking link, window applied 30 days.
The Every touch considered card: a link click marked Selected and Eligible, arrived through a tracking link, within the attribution window, with the claim's expiry date.
Commissions

Commission that explains itself

A percentage or a flat amount, once or on every renewal. Every entry stores the arithmetic that made it.

  • “20% of USD 299.00”, kept beside the entry
  • A refund writes a reversal beside the original
  • Yen stay yen: every total is per currency
The commission ledger filtered to reversals, four whole rows: Reversed because the sale was refunded, minus $99.83, and the original entry it undoes, 20% of USD 499.17, $99.83, each with a Why? link.
Payouts

Pay the right people, once

The preview shows who is owed, who cannot be paid and exactly why, before anything is committed.

  • A file to pay from, or PayPal from your own balance
  • One press per decision, never twice
  • Payout details encrypted and never shown to anyone
The Ready to pay card on the Payouts screen: the amount to be paid, the number of partners, the minimum, then partners listed with who cannot be paid and why, such as No payout details on file.
Partner portal

A portal partners actually use

One sign-in across every merchant a partner works with, built for a phone.

  • Their clicks, sales, payouts and statements
  • The same commission arithmetic you see
  • On your own domain, in your logo and colours
The partner portal on a phone: Hello, Dana Lopez, your partnership with Northwind Software, a notice from the merchant, and the partner's clicks, sales, conversion rate and earnings for the last 30 days.

Built to be trusted with money

Some things Refficks refuses to do, by design.

  • History is never edited

Commissions, attributions and raw events are never changed after the fact. A correction is a new line beside the old one.

  • Money moves only when a person presses

A payout, a store credit, a gift certificate: each on a named button, one press per decision. No timer can press it.

  • Automations can't touch money

They can send an email, add a tag, move a partner along or ask you. They can never approve, pay or reverse.

  • The AI can't move money either

It explains and drafts. It has no way to approve, pay or suspend, and it never sees a partner's bank details.

Up and running in three steps

  1. 01

    Connect where you sell

Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce, or paste one script tag on your site.

  2. 02

    Set a commission plan

A percentage or a flat amount, once or on every renewal, for as long as you choose.

  3. 03

    Invite your partners

They get links, codes and a portal. The first sale arrives with its reasoning attached.

Your data stays yours

Where it lives, who can see it, and how it leaves.

  • Hosted in the EU

In Romania. Nothing to install beyond a script tag or a store app.

  • Export any time

The whole account as CSV files in one archive. Every download is recorded.

  • No raw IP addresses

Fraud signals run on salted hashes. Global Privacy Control writes nothing, not even a cookie.

  • Isolation is tested

Every resource carries a test proving one organization cannot read another's data.

  • Team security

Roles for your team, two-factor sign-in with recovery codes, and single sign-on.

  • Erasure, when asked

Partners and customers can be erased. A closed account is deleted after 90 days.

Leaving Rewardful, FirstPromoter or Refersion? Or a spreadsheet?

Refficks reads your export, or your account, and shows you what is in it before anything is imported. Nothing happens until you say so.

How migration works
For the developer you'll forward this to

One script tag. One idempotent POST.

Send an event twice and the second answers 200 with status duplicate. Idempotency is a unique index in the database, not a check in code.

OpenAPI 3.1, a Server API with no endpoint that approves or pays, signed webhooks, and an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT.

The tracker, as a merchant pastes it

Questions people ask before they start

What does it cost?

$79 a month on the Alpha plan, plus any VAT or sales tax that applies. Everything is included, with no limits on partners, programmes, team members or tracked events. The first 30 days are free, with no card until you subscribe, and there is one trial per email address. Alpha is for the first 50 merchants to subscribe: $79 a month instead of the full $349, kept for as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel, the Alpha price ends with your subscription.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your workspace becomes read-only and tracking pauses until you subscribe again. What was already approved can still be paid, and your data stays yours to export.

Where does my data live, and can I take it out?

Refficks hosts it in the EU, in Romania. The whole account comes out as CSV files in one archive, any time, and every download is recorded.

Does the AI see bank details?

No, provably. A test asserts that payout details are absent from what the model is given, and no connected app can hand them over.

Can an automation pay someone?

No. An automation can send an email, add a tag, move a partner along the lifecycle or raise something for you to decide. It cannot touch money.

Can Refficks pay my partners?

You pay from a file Refficks builds for PayPal, Wise or your bank, or send PayPal payouts from your own balance. Each needs a click, once.

What happens to my history from another platform?

Paid history comes across labelled as the old platform's figure and never becomes payable here. What is still owed can become an opening balance, pending until you approve it.
